THE BRIEF 🍭

The client is a pioneer in lifestyle robotics company launching exceptional massage experiences in the US and planning to launch in Europe.
They came to us to discover and understand the universe of well being in France through consumers. 

THE PROCESS 🪩

We organized an ethnographic study and recruited 10 participants to take part in the project. We arranged over 90-minute interviews in respondents’ homes in Paris with a mix of regular massage users and well being experts. We also provided a moderator and interpreter, arranged for stimulus materials to be translated.

THE RESULTS 🪭

The participants were deeply engaged, offering rich perspectives and cultural nuances around health and well-being in France. The research uncovered critical insights into local behaviors, attitudes, and expectations delivering valuable direction for the client’s market expansion. Our client praised the high quality of our insights and the seamless, end-to-end management of the research process.
