THE BRIEF 🍭
A global tech company asked us to better understand the pain points and sentiments of social media and tech users. Evaluate the understanding of social media users on an advertising preferences settings page; Assess new content, design and interactions of consumer messages for usability, comprehension, transparency and trust.
NEO handled the entire organization of the study, including participant sourcing and recruitment based on target profiles, incentive management, logistics, translation, scheduling and follow-ups, as well as facilitation of 20 UX interviews.
NEO also led the client debrief and delivered a top-line report summarizing the key findings.
