FRAGRANCE PERCEPTION

THE BRIEF 🍭

The client is a major actor who designs and manufactures aromatic products perfume compositions, food flavourings and natural aromatic ingredients.
They ask us to understand French customers difference of perception on existing Fragrances with and without packaging. 

THE PROCESS 🪩

NEO successfully recruited 200 respondents for a 20-minute sensorial test. The test was conducted with a dedicated program including sensorial captors for a scientific and subjective analysis of their emotions during the fragrance test. 
We also handle logistics of facility as well as incentives.

THE RESULTS 🪭

We streamlined the recruitment process, ensuring that all interviews were completed by the target end date. This successful project provided valuable insights to our client and demonstrated our expertise in managing high number of recruitment and custom made support.
